Non-scale victory of the week!
100 % no pop✅ 100% no cheesecake this week✅ Switched to lo cal lemonade when I get tired of drinking water✅ Did not make one of my gluten free baked goodies.✅ Only had one serving of Sandy’s absolutely cream cheesy enchiladas ( she bakes double batches, hard to resist second and thirds) but I stayed at table talking instead of going back for more food✅

Really jump in to exercise. Time I could be up and active is spent on cursed computer game. Don’t let anyone say they are not addicted.
