I know I can lose the weight, it's just keeping it off. I am nearly done with my master degree, and I hope that, once I have some more structure in my life (adult job and all) it will be easier to adhere to my plan

Diet: Stick to my meal plan. No late night snacking Exercise: Go for a run in my new neighbourhood rather than the gym. Sleep: Go to bed before 10, get up around 6.
