It seemed like forever this week to loose a few oz's. I did not up my walks like I said I would due to cold weather and me feeling exhausted. I did overeat on Sunday (4pieces of pizza and cake) so I think that's what did me in. I took a few extra steps this week so that helped me out. I did drink tons of water.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I think I could've resisted temptation and instead of stuffing my face on Sunday went walking.
