Non-scale victory of the week!

Weight watchers has been great! I haven't been hungry love all the free veggies.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could of exercised more but I'm very happy with this week. I do believe somebof the pounds we're water weight due to that time of month but I'm still counting it as a WIN!
