My husband was eating my favorites: fried chicken wings, chili dogs, & turkey sausage pizza! I politely took my green smoothie to another room. I put the food away and cleaned the kitchen without tasting any of it!

complete the last 4 days of my green smoothie detox, and then ease into a lifestyle change of nutritarian. I’ve had enough of aches and pains due to eating improperly and over eating, and lastly yo-yo dieting only to gain weight back!
