Resisting girl scout cookies.... This was a first for me. I bought a box of every kind, and have been bringing them to work for my co workers to enjoy so I don't sit down "for just one" that's a win!

I need to start, or restart, having a healthy breakfast. Coffee and creamer won't cut it!

I resisted dessert this week, twice! I also went for a 5 hour hike, above 10k ft... Hard, but I feel so great!

I could have watched my meals better- servings, ingredients (looked for better alternatives) and had more water.....soooooooo much more water
