I resisted dessert this week, twice! I also went for a 5 hour hike, above 10k ft... Hard, but I feel so great!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could have watched my meals better- servings, ingredients (looked for better alternatives) and had more water.....soooooooo much more water
