No meal prep, we moved out of the house successfully and ate like college kids. I have to find the box with our scale in it, haha. Hiked up some awesome ceremonial Indian mounds in southern Ohio and the natural bridge hike in Kentucky!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Should have ate less food we will see what the damage is.
