Non-scale victory of the week!

Saved enough calories yesterday to have a glass of wine at book club. Feeling good on all the salads I have been making for lunch this week.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Exercise, we went on Saturday to a CrossFit gym. Chris wants to get a membership, we will go back this Saturday to see pricing and get more information!

Started planning my lunches at work eating really healthy, salads!! Getting back on calorie track using my fitness pal to keep track

Non-scale victory of the week!

No meal prep, we moved out of the house successfully and ate like college kids. I have to find the box with our scale in it, haha. Hiked up some awesome ceremonial Indian mounds in southern Ohio and the natural bridge hike in Kentucky!

Should have ate less food we will see what the damage is.
