Non-scale victory of the week!
I'm having trouble not stopping for breakfast at McDonalds each morning. A few days ago I put my purse in the back seat where I can't reach it without pulling over and getting out. Can't buy it without money!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Really need to work on not self-sabotaging! Also, not letting 'things' derail me from exercising, etc..
