Are a lot healthier this week for sure! Got more sleep and prioritized fitness in my schedule (not just something I can 'move around'). I was at sonnets yesterday grabbing a couple of groceries and had a hankering to get something bad. I was eyeing the terrible aisle when I remembered I had a green smoothie in the car. That made a giant u turn in my head and I was very content not getting anything sweet. I've also skipped Starbucks all week!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Had a couple of weaker moments around the sweets. Other than that, I feel like I did pretty good :)
