Started running again yesterday

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Food- less sugar chips tortilla chips and bread when I am tired and stressed and more vegetables!!! And increase intensity of exercise. More cardio!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I did some form of exercise every day even the day I had a migraine. I also cut out mindless snacking and made sure I had vegetables and small amount of protein at each meal.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Amp up exercise especially cardio and I did eat sweets so I need to cut that out and make it a once a month not once or twice a week thing.
