What are your goals for the upcoming week?
This week will be a challenge because I will be on vacation. This week I will have to hit the gym hard all 6 day. Exercise goals this week: - work out in the gym 6 days - do at least 15 minutes of cardio all six days as well Diet Goals: - No eating after 7:00pm - don’t over eat - minimal treats (just one trip to the shake shack...it’s tradition) Weight Goal: 204 lbs
