Just keep at it and don't give up! slow and steady is good. I'm surprised with just ONE day down people have already lost so much BUT..Last time I lost my first 8 pounds in the first two weeks, then the last two weeks I GAINED it all back because I got cocky and wasn't very careful so I lost my bet :( so this time i'm just concentrating on sticking with the eating within my daily limits and working out and NOT getting cocky
