I have a huge sweet tooth! I actually keep a small amount of chocolate. If I have a small piece a day it seems to prevent me from going crazy and eating tons of cookies or baked goods later. I consider the trade off more in my favor! Fruits don't seem to curb my cravings...one small piece of chocolate helps for days!
Lots of fruit- cherries, blackberries, ect..OR one piece of angel food cakes help me with my sweet tooth- OR there is that Kellogs Krave cereal- comes in chocolate- and that also help when I'm craving the sweets [ which is always] hope this helps- good luck! We can do this!! :o)
