Aimee I had a non scale victory today which was pretty exciting. I fit into a dress that was from years ago it actually still had shoulder pads in it, lol. Those make me continue onward and upward. How was your Friday? Here's to Saturday. I'm walking in a 5k for breast cancer pretty excited. Talk to you tomm. Have an awesome day.

Wendy your heel pain is most likely plantar fascitis from over doing. This can take months to resolve and can ultimately lead to an achilles tendon injury or rupture. I have the same thing and icing every day helps a lot. Lately i have been imersing my heel in ice water for a few minutes. Changing up your exercise may also help. Good luck!
