What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
I feel like I mostly eat mindful, approx 1100 cal/day and work out vigorously 5-6 days/week but I just get more and more overweight as I get older. It is demoralizing!

I’ll workout 5 days this week (as usual) and really think before I put any food in my mouth. I’ll continue to log all food in My FitnessPal.
