In 2003, I began a journey that led to me losing 160 pounds. Within 2 years after reaching my goal weight in 2008, I had started gaining back all (+more) of the weight. I need to get back to my goal weight & be the confident me that I know I can be.

Keep up the great work!! Low fat chocolate milk is my fave after workout snack- great shot of your fave sinful food AND it's a good way to recover from the gym :). You can do this, Julie!!
