Atkins20 low carb. No flour, no potato or tortilla chips, no bread, buns, no rice, no pasta, no sugar, no high fructose corn syrup, no high glycemic foods including fruit. Only whole foods. Non starchy Veggies- leafy, stem and cruciferous, protein tuna, salmon. Pescatarian. No dairy except butter and vegan cheese. Walk every day, sculpt &tone abs & glutes 20 minutes, 20 minutes of HIIT
