Non-scale victory of the week!

Figuring out that some of my super healthy habits had been a bit lax over the winter. I am so excited to have them firm back in place again this week. My mind is in a great place, before it was in an ok place. The 4am vs 5am workouts have improved my happy so much

Maintenance is more work than any weight loss. I have been maintenance for a while now and deciding to lose more and then keep off...sigh
