What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Keeping my motivation up. I tend to start a new health plan very excited and motivated but the minute I get stressed or crave cake it's usually over.

I'm going to keep a food journal and write everything down that goes into my mouth. I'll count calories and walk for at least 15 minutes a day for 5 days.
