Non-scale victory of the week!
I resisted pumpkin muffins. That was so hard for me because they smelled AND looked delicious. I could have had several, but I resisted. I am proud of myself for this one.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I actually did everything I wanted to. I suppose I could have added a little more exercise, but I am pretty happy with what I did accomplish.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Maybe going to bed a little earlier and getting up to do some yoga? It's not necessary, but I think I would benefit from it.
