I'm sorry you're struggling with his, although I can relate! Have you been logging your food intake on MyFitnessPal? I really recommend it. You can do so either on the website or app. Losing weight is 80% diet, 20% exercise. Hang in there! You can do it!

Have you been eating all your weekly points too? Maybe try consuming some of your activity too. Those were the suggestions given to me from my WW meetings. Pretty much saying maybe I'm consuming enough nutrients for my body based of the amount of exercise I am doing. It seemed to work for me :-).
