Non-scale victory of the week!

Ran all 4 runs in my RunBet inthe first part of the week! That must mean I now enjoy running! 2nd victory was talking myself into getting back to kickboxing class.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could be waking my butt up and going to 5am resistance bands classes. Also not treating the weekend like a 3-day cheat pass ok eating right.
