I drank more water. I limited my portions at a Banquet buffet that I cost $20. I resisted "getting my money's worth." I left the banquet; took off the fancy dress; threw on work out clothes; went to the gym before it closed at 10:00; got in 40 minute brisk walk. Wore a dress that was too snug to wear a couple of months ago. Drank water and lemon at the banquet. Filled my plate with mainly the veggies and very small portions of the entrees. Went to the gym 5 times this week. Stood during long training and meeting this week. Took stairs at appointment. ( 4th floor). Parked away from places. No alcohol this week.
