Non-scale victory of the week!

I have not been hurting like I used to. I would regularly feel just awful. I think just eating better and being more active has really, really helped with that!

I had a couple drinks with my friend on Friday as we hadn't seen each other in months due to quarentine. i felt awful Saturday.
