I teach Zumba! Don't worry about feeling uncoordinated. I can tell you for a fact that no one is looking at anyone else - they are all just worried about what they are doing! Have fun! It's the only exercise I actually look forward to and I usually burn about 600 calories a class! I have several people in my class who have had back injuries in the past and they just take it easy and try not to twist too much or bounce too much and modify moves if it doesn't feel right. I usually try to give options.

I'm also 5'10! I had lost some after the babies were born but went back to work and gained 30 lbs back and got back up to 210 and I'm thinking I was heavier than that but wasn't much to get on a scale for a while. My boys are 9, something else. :D Good luck! Lets keep each other motivated!
