Walking the hilly trails around my house is getting easier. I don't get as winded anymore.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
My diet has pretty much sucked this past week. Wasn't being strict with meals and was starting to hear that familiar voice saying, "Give up. It would be so much easier if you just give up." I somehow got through that and am back on track and thankful that I still lost weight this week.
