I need to change my comfort foods...to something like broccoli. I'm starting today with affirmations...I love broccoli, I love broccoli, I love broccoli, I love broccoli! Everyone repeat after me...I love broccoli...help me out here...I can't hear you...I LOVE BROCCOLI!
