Non-scale victory of the week!

Saw someone I hadn't seen in a couple months and she commented on how good I looked and how much weight I lost.

Everything. Terrible week for eating, drinking and stress.

Staying on track with counting calories. It was a rough week at work and at home and I went off the rails after my last weigh in.

Noticed my bra was fitting a big looser...finally!

Stretched. My muscles really hurt from the next phase of the workout program I'm doing.

I drank so much more water than usual, and definitely noticed a difference in how bloated I usually feel.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Sleep! I also had a few cheat meals this weekend while we were out of town, but I buckled back down once we were home to undo the damage.

I've started drinking more water. Still not enough, but much more than I had been.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Manages stress and stretched more. When I get stressed I feel like I get bloated and tense.

Water water water! And stretching. I'd like to do a couple yoga sessions. And obviously, staying at or below my current weight so I can win the challenge!!

I felt better in my clothes this week. Clothes that were too snug last week felt a little bit looser and more comfortable.

I stuck to my diet every single day, even Saturday, which is usually my hardest day and most likely cheat day.

I could have drank a lot more water, and stretched more after working out.
