Non-scale victory of the week!

Although I have piled on weight, I'm still fitting into my old clothes, so that's sort of a small relief

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out often, my goal is to work out 6 days each week. Also, I need to be strict with my food intake and my choices

Resisted eating ice creams, chocolates, sugary drinks, focused on eating more veggies and healthy food.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I Iver am the temptation of eating chocolates, sweets, cakes etc while my family was having it. I rather stuck to home cooked foods, salads etc and I'm very happy

I've hurt my wrist and not able to do all the workouts I love. But I did this killer calisthenics leg workout and it felt so good.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Eating habits are suffering due to a wedding function, need to regain control over it.
