Non-scale victory of the week!
I have a weakness for candy. I was able to resist, even during an uber stressful weak. I have been doing better than I expected and I'm proud of myself!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I did go out and drink this week. I overdid it a bit and my weight loss suffered because of ot. I need to make better choices.
