Non-scale victory of the week!
I was at home most of the week but working nights. I was able to get lots of water in. And meal prep is getting bettet.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I need to resist temptation with food and need to eat more of my food and macros. I always tend not to eat a lot of my protein.
