Non-scale victory of the week!

Started a detox, entered a new dietbet, am drinking less alcohol

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

One day I had a couple glasses of wine and bowls of spaghetti, gotta control myself better. Had Christmas cookies and stuff recently too.
