What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?
Sticking to a healthy lifestyle. I've literally lost the same 35lbs 5 times over the past two years and if I would have just stuck with it I would be where I want to be already. It's just disappointing I can't find the self control to accomplish my goals for good.
