Non-scale victory of the week!
My sweats are feeling looser also my jeans and jacket. I resisted brownies and cookies at work. I made several healthy things. I worked out everyday. I tracked my food in my fitness pal every day!!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
I could’ve had more water. maybe not had a few extra snacks that I did even if they were healthy.
