What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Well since my last weigh in, I have gained back all of the weight that I lost during the previous games. So frustrating! My excuse is that I just had 2 hip replacements within the past 8 months and just now getting back into a regular exercise program. I am ready!!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Packed up all of my Size 14 / XL clothes and got them out of the house. Now if I put any of this weight back on, I will have nothing to wear! Gotta have a little extra motivation!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to plan and meal prep better. Less opportunity to be tempted.

Staying committed. I am good for about 2 weeks, then go back to my stress eating habits.
