Non-scale victory of the week!
I was afraid I wouldn’t make it through to Monday as my family ordered our favorite pizza on Friday and I had some beer too! Total carb load, but I was good Saturday, Sunday & today so far eating the right things, staying hydrated & getting my walks in!
