Non-scale victory of the week!

I make better choices everyday but I need to be more strict to get to goal weight. I started aerobics this week and hoping that will help next week weigh in.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Less carbs, it's tough where I do not eat meat or a lot of carbs.

Non-scale victory of the week!

.I had a set back the first week where people bought me twizzlers and icecream out of love. I should have given them away instead of eating them each day. This week I wouldn't touch them and gave it away.l and am back on track. It's amazing how little things like like can throw you off.
