Non-scale victory of the week!

So many - resisting lots of food and substituting with carrots, celery, cauliflower. I miss my chips!

I am planning to do the 21-day fix every day. Continue getting good night sleep, staying off the snacks, prepping for the 80DO (as soon as I get the materials in the mail!).

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

Getting closer to 50, it is not as easy the just amp up my exercise and cut back. I never lost the baby weight and while I know I won’t get back to my wedding weight, I’d still love to age gracefully and rock it in my bikini at 50 (and 60!).

I’m hoping to continue the trend with cutting out the junky kid chips and snacks here and there to boost me through post school/work slump. I plan to exercise every day and will either continue with where I am in 21-day fix or start the 80 day obsession.
