Non-scale victory of the week!
I made it through Mother’s Day with my family, sharing a meal but still staying focused and mindful of my lifestyle!
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
With the Covid-19 quarantine entering it’s 3rd month, I can honestly say I am doing everything I could possibly do! We also have this huge renovation going on, so it’s very tricky to develop a routine for exercise, since all the equipment is in the basement! But I’m managing!
