What do you feel you could have done better this week?
Being more mindful about what I consume. I went on vacation to Austin, Texas for one week and my eating habits were out of control. Starting with sugary snacks for the road trip then once in Texas the first place I hit up was Round Rock Donuts. It was downhill from there.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Since I blew my very first dietbet contest after losing 90% of the weight the first week, I still failed. I'm joining two Dietbets today. I'm logging my food on Lose It EVERYDAY! Eating more veggies and just being more mindful about what I stick in my mouth.
