Great job staying away from soda!!! That is sooo hard! I gave up soda a year ago and I can't believe what a difference it makes. I don't ever crave it... and if I do, after one drink I'm not impressed with it. HAHA!! Keep up the great work! Your body will thank you for it! Happy Friday!
