What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I am struggling so bad . I went back up. I’m hoping this helps me start again. I could’ve not given in to junk and food and stress.

Cut down on the sugar and cream in coffee working my way back to black

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

My TOM and stress eating. Currently too much drama has me falling off but I don’t plan on quitting. I will reach my goal. Just need to refocus even if that takes me many tries. I was working out 5 day a wk and now no gym membership
