  • I hate counting calories..but I think its very helpful to see where I am with my average daily intake.. and then adjust it accordingly to my height/weight and daily activities. good luck everyone

I like counting calories because it allows me to have something sweet at the end of the day guilt-free if I am on track.

I did this recently for the first time in a while and was shocked how many calories I had on what I would’ve called a fine day. The little swaps for sugar in coffee, dressing, not measuring pb, all add up to more than you’d think. I’ll be adding those steps back into my routine for this bet. Good luck to you!!
