Non-scale victory of the week!
I'm surprised that I lost weight since last week because it didn't feel like a good week, i.e. I wasn't deliberately eating according to a diet, had a slip-up here and there, and hardly exercised. But cutting sugar and chocolate from my diet has clearly been the game changer.
