Even though I have been sick I have been using the treadmill almost every day!

I am getting better about making one to work out. It is easier having the equipment at my house, but I still find a way to make excuses not to do it.

My diet wasn’t very good, again. I need to focus on eating healthier foods.

Non-scale victory of the week!

The only victory this week is that my husband and I decided to make our own home gym. We are currently setting it up and it should be good to go tomorrow!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I ate like crap ALL week! I gained back almost all of my weight...maybe even all of it.
