I let myself have too much gf beer. And I didn’t workout nearly as much as I hoped. But mostly because I woke up Saturday feeling like I’d been run over by a bus.

I need to be focused on being healthy again. I let myself eat crap last week and I felt it. I need to fuel my body with healthy things in order to have the energy and strength to get through this week.

I should have started my whole 30 journey on Wednesday, but I couldn’t resist the left over Easter candy.
