Non-scale victory of the week!

I almost died from a bad stomach bacteria. Had 104 fever and stomach swoll - looked like I was 8 months pregnant.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Even though I injured my knee & have a slipped disc & pinched nerve in my back, I’m determined to work out, and get in shape so I look better for my daughter’s Wedding in a month.

Non-scale victory of the week!

I recently lost both parents and went into a depression, sleeping and eating comfort foods to not feel so much grief. I then got sick, took a ton of antibiotics and meds that tore up my stomach, causing severe bloating and pain. On top of that I sprung my ankle and could not walk. I am hoping this challenge will help me find myself and regain some happiness.

Cut out Carbs & Dairy all together. Lost since yesterday, but been away a while (lost parents).

Going through Menopause makes losing weight harder. Giving up Carbs and Cheese hardest for me.
