Non-scale victory of the week!

I’m pleased with how I’ve handle a New York City trip and will eat out one meal every other weekend. While loss is slowing down I feel I have a handle on diet and exercising. Started new job and need to find a gym near new place for my Lunch work outs

I honestly don’t know... doing gym at lunch, cardio at home (2x)—recording food.. I have been fluctuating in this weight for ten days .. up .4 down .4, up .6 down .6 etc
