Non-scale victory of the week!

Two pairs of pants that didn’t fit before DO! And I measured for the first time in two months, and I’ve lost two inches in my waist AND two inches in my hips! That’s AWESOME progress!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Made it back to the gym a couple times!! And a few times at the grocery store I was very tempted to get sweets, but I DIDN’T!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Still stick to my diet more faithfully.

Gym every day that we can, and once Heidi and dad leave town, stick perfectly to my diet!! A good big push to the finish by weigh out time!!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Even though we were sick most of the week, so I haven’t made it to the gym much, AND it was my birthday, I tried to be really good about not emotional eating.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Well.. making it to the gym if possible. And a few times I snacked on less healthy options. But overall, good week!

Sam is sick again today, so no gym. But HOPEFULLY starting tomorrow we can go back and hit it hard, and have a great week getting back into routine on track with diet AND exercise! I’ve got to keep going at it to make my goal!

Non-scale victory of the week!

I am always so proud when I have the self control to have perfect days without any cheats at all! That’s what I’m really working towards anyway - more than an actual goal weight, which will still fluctuate over time, I want to be in better control of my impulses.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

On the days that I let myself snack and celebrate (Saturday, Tuesday night, Wednesday), I snacked a LOT. This diet bet ends this week, but I’m going to keep pushing throughout this week to not let a small snack throw me off for a whole day!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Over the next seven days, I want to have at least THREE perfect days in a row. And if possible, more. I’ve discovered that’s kind of my breaking point. By the third day of this 1400 calorie thing, I’m just too hungry, so I eat a little more, and then I just eat way too much. Then I sometimes let that discourage me for a few days before I jump back in. Now I want to break that by getting at least three days in a row with no cheats. I can do this! I decided yesterday that I’ve got a new goal to reach by my birthday in two and a half weeks. That’s after this diet bet, but I want to keep pushing myself to reach it! I might even join a couple more diet bets to keep myself pushing past my birthday.. we’ll see if I feel like I’m up to it.. ;)

Non-scale victory of the week!

The first half of the week I did really good! I feel so good when I show self control in my eating!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Second half of the week, not so good.. :) After a Super Bowl Party on Sunday, i haven’t been disciplined in eating all the leftover food and snacks.

But today I’m fasting, and I’m planning on doing good for the next couple of days, let myself enjoy our valentine’s celebration on Saturday, and then get back on track through to next Tuesday/Wednesday when I’ll let myself celebrate a little bit again. I need to not let one or two days of indulgence throw me off for a whole week!

I did one day where I stuck perfectly to the 1400 calorie goal AND did a super cardio workout. This week I’ll shoot for two or three!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

The first few days of the week I had a hard time getting going each day, and had too many calories. That started me off rough each day, and then I just went downhill from there.

What are your goals for the upcoming week?

Have a 1400 calorie “diet” day at least 2-3 days this week! (where I consume 1400 calories AND have a great cardio workout.) On the other days, I still want to net 1400-1600 calories each day.

I want to work out at least five days this week, and then stick to my calorie goal each day. Then on the days when Kristine is visiting, I will still show self control with my calorie intake.
