I am always so proud when I have the self control to have perfect days without any cheats at all! That’s what I’m really working towards anyway - more than an actual goal weight, which will still fluctuate over time, I want to be in better control of my impulses.
What do you feel you could have done better this week?
On the days that I let myself snack and celebrate (Saturday, Tuesday night, Wednesday), I snacked a LOT. This diet bet ends this week, but I’m going to keep pushing throughout this week to not let a small snack throw me off for a whole day!

What are your goals for the upcoming week?
Over the next seven days, I want to have at least THREE perfect days in a row. And if possible, more. I’ve discovered that’s kind of my breaking point. By the third day of this 1400 calorie thing, I’m just too hungry, so I eat a little more, and then I just eat way too much. Then I sometimes let that discourage me for a few days before I jump back in. Now I want to break that by getting at least three days in a row with no cheats. I can do this!
I decided yesterday that I’ve got a new goal to reach by my birthday in two and a half weeks. That’s after this diet bet, but I want to keep pushing myself to reach it! I might even join a couple more diet bets to keep myself pushing past my birthday.. we’ll see if I feel like I’m up to it.. ;)
