Got new workout sneakers...and worked out within an hour of getting them!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Snacked on Life cereal after dinner. Afyer tracking all day, I just ate handful after handful without being mindful.

Long-term goal weight

What do you find most challenging in reaching your long-term weight loss goals?

I tend to fall off the wagon soooo hard, rather than just having one bad meal or day and getting back to business. I get frustrated at how fast I’ll gain weight back, and then become discouraged and self-sabotage.
